UNBiased Episode 71 with Judy Liu

What if the real challenge in an AI age isn’t keeping up with technology, but holding on to what makes us distinctly human?

In this episode of UNBiased, I’m joined by organisational psychologist, executive coach and Beyond Belonging author Judy Liu to explore what happens when we stop living by the scripts of who we think we should be.

We talk about belonging and choice, the labels we internalise, why success can sometimes narrow rather than expand our sense of possibility, and what it means to reconnect with our “weird and wonderful” selves.

We also explore a different way of thinking about AI: not simply as a tool to help us produce more, but as an opportunity to make more space for creativity, curiosity and thinking. What if idle time is productive? What if frustration is part of the process? And what happens when we use AI as a coach rather than an answer machine?

A conversation about agency, creativity and finding home in who you are — at a time when knowing what is genuinely yours may matter more than ever.

I highly encourage all of you to check out Judy's book, Beyond Belonging: https://www.penguin.sg/book/beyond-belonging/#
