Asleep in Taco Bell drive-thru, woman gets arrested for DUI

On December 11, 2021, at approximately 2:48 a.m., Officer Joseph Geil with the Pullman Police Department was dispatched to the Taco Bell restaurant at 425 NE Stadium Way in Pullman, Washington to reports of a female who had fallen asleep in the Taco Bell drive-thru. The woman was briefly woken up when the 911 caller had knocked on her window, but she soon went back to sleep. To mitigate against the possibility of harassment, the driver will be referred to as “the driver” or similar in the narrative that follows.

From the report of Officer Geil, lightly edited for brevity: "I arrived at Taco Bell and started walking toward the drive-thru and was pointed toward a silver 2001 Honda CRV. I approached the vehicle and observed its driver asleep in the driver's seat with the vehicle running. I knocked several times and asked the driver to roll her window down. The driver woke up and appeared confused, and then appeared to wave me off.

I knocked on the driver's window again, asking her to roll the window down. She opened the door. I observed that the vehicle was in neutral and told the driver to place the car in park. I was getting a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her. I observed the driver's eyes were red, watery, and bloodshot, and her face appeared droopy. She appeared to be having a hard time understanding my instructions. I observed an open case of beer in the back seat and an open beer can in the cup holder adjacent to her. The driver placed her hands on the steering wheel as if she was going to drive away. I reached in, placed the car in park, turned the vehicle off, and dropped the car keys by her feet. The driver's pupils appeared dilated.

I asked the driver what was going on. She said she was trying to go home. I asked her to step outside of the vehicle. She said okay and then tried to shut the door on me. She began trying to start her car without her keys, placing her hands where the keys would be and making a turning motion near the ignition, and then placed her hands on the steering wheel as if to drive away. I told her again to step outside of the vehicle, asking her several times. She said that she was ready, then grabbed her keys and appeared to try to find the key to start the vehicle with. I told the driver that she was under arrest and grabbed her wrist and her right shoulder gently encouraging her outside her vehicle. WSU Sgt. Kurht assisted me in getting her outside of the vehicle. Once the driver was outside the vehicle she became compliant. I placed the driver into handcuffs and checked for a good fit.

WSU Sgt. Kuhrt asked the driver if he could park the car, she said yes. I asked how much she had to drink. She told me "Not much, honestly". When asked why she fell asleep at the wheel at Taco Bell, she said it had been a hectic week with finals and she was tired. When asked about the beer in her cupholder she said it wasn't hers. She then said it was hers from two days ago and then told me it wasn't hers again or something to that effect. I asked the driver if she would be willing to perform some voluntary field sobriety tests to which she agreed. I took the driver out of handcuffs.

HGN: I observed lack of smooth pursuit in the driver's left and right eyes. She moved her head several times throughout the test. At times she would stop looking at my stimulus, look at me, and look back at the stimulus.

WAT: The driver had issues with balance while in the starting position, and had trouble getting into the starting position. She used her arms for balance while walking and stopped walking during the test. On her 9th step, instead of turning she began walking slowly backwards.

OLS: The driver began walking forward while counting out loud. I stopped her, gave her the instructions again. During the test, Ofc. Emerson had to remind her to lift her foot at least six inches off the ground. Several times during the test she raised her eyes from her foot and look straight ahead. She swayed while balancing.

PBT: I asked the driver if she was willing to provide a breath sample. She agreed. The driver provided a PBT of .249% at approximately 3:09 a.m.

It was my opinion that the driver was impaired. I placed her under arrest for DUI and transported her to the Pullman Police Department."

911 dispatcher lectures drowning woman moments before she died FULL AUDIO

911 dispatcher lectures drowning woman moments before she died FULL AUDIOPolice released disturbing audio of an Arkansas woman who called for help in the final moments of her life, drowning in her car, only to be met with mockery and disdain by the dispatcher.Debbie Stevens, 47, was on her regular paper route in Fort Smith Saturday, Aug. 24 when a flash flood swept up her car. Panicking, she dialed 911."Please help me, I don't want to die!", Stevens begs on the call that lasted 22 minutes. "I can't swim! I'm scared! I'm going to drown!"The dispatcher, Donna Reneau, who was working her final shift after giving her notice two weeks earlier according to the Fort Smith Police Department, replied flippantly telling her authorities will get there when they get there and that she's not going to die, at one point telling her to "shut up."As the water slowly filled Stevens' SUV, she responded: "I'm scared. I've never had anything happen to me like this before."Stevens pleaded for help and prayer but received a lecture: "Well this will teach you, next time don't drive in the water," Reneau responds. "I don't see how you didn't see it, you had to go right over it, so."Authorities responded to the scene 12 minutes after she dialed 911, but because of the floodwaters, it took more than an hour to reach Stevens' vehicle -- and by the time police and firefighters were able to secure the car, Stevens had drowned.Fort Smith Interim Police Chief Danny Baker described Reneau's response as "calloused and uncaring at times" in a statement, but he added to KHBS that she did nothing "criminally wrong" nor "violated policy.""I completely understand the disgust and the concern that we all have," Baker said. "We all hope that we would get a little better response."Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.

I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body Guess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: The Kevin Davis Murder CaseMan Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body - Guess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: The Kevin Davis Murder CaseDavis bashed his mother's head in with a hammerSummary: Corpus Christi resident Kevin Davis strangled his mother before hitting her in the head with a hammer, splitting her skull. Davis then ‘swirled’ her brain around before sexually assaulting her corpse. Davis was sentenced to life in prison for the crime of a mom who he described as “The best.”In 2014, Kevin Jazrael Davis argued with his mother, 50-year-old Kimberly Hill, in the Corpus Christi, TX, apartment he shared with her and his sister, Destinee. On May 26, Davis called 911, reporting that he’d just murdered his mother. Once at the police station, then 18-year-old Davis vividly detailed the day’s events, sometimes with a smirk on his face. What he told detectives was gruesome and shocking: Kevin admitted bashing \Hill’s head with a hammer, swirling her brain around, and then, sexually assaulting her corpse."I'll Kill My Mom Instead"On the morning of March 27, 2014, Davis, bored and frustrated with life, told his mother he did not like people and that he wanted to commit suicide. Obviously caught off guard by the statement, Hill allegedly told her son that she could not stop him if that was what he wanted to do. Kevin later told police hearing this from his mother enraged him. It was then he decided to take her life.As Hill sat on the couch in the living room, Davis came up behind her, attempting to strangle her with a cord. Hill began screaming. Kevin panicked, retrieved a hammer, and began bashing in his mother’s skull. Davis struck his mother in the head with the hammer at least 20 times, splitting her skull in the process.Davis then retrieved a kitchen knife and used it to insert inside his mother’s head wound. He swirled her brain around “to make sure she was dead,” Kevin claimed and then inserted his hand inside the wound. He would tell detectives during a taped interrogation that his mother’s brain felt like “putty.”Kevin then dragged his mother’s lifeless body to her bedroom and raped her corpse. When he finished the sadistic act, he went to a neighbor’s house, saying he just killed someone and needed help. The neighbor dialed 911.This is the interrogation of Kevin Davis.Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body The Most DISTURBING Interrogation You'll EVER HearTrue Crime Podcast 2023 Police Interrogations, 911 Calls and True Police Stories PodcastGuess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her BodyBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.

Tim Jones - Confesses to Killing his Five Children Full Length Police InterrogationTim Jones confesses to killing his five children in interview audio played during trialIn an audio recording of a police interview played during the trial of Tim Jones contains his confession of killing his five children.LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - After more than three weeks of testimony, a jury has reached a verdict in the trial of Timothy Jones, Jr., a Lexington County man accused of murdering his five children in 2014.The jury concluded that Jones has been found guilty on all five counts of murder in the deaths of his children. The second phase of the proceedings is the sentencing phase and that will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday. Because the state is seeking the death penalty, the jury is now responsible for determining his punishment. The jury had four options for their verdict: guilty, guilty but mentally ill, not guilty by reason of insanity, or not guilty. Jones pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.A grand jury indicted Jones, Jr. in 2014 on five counts of murder in the deaths of his children – Mera, 8; Elias, 7; Nahtahn, 6; Gabriel, 2; and Abigail, 1. For Mera, Elias, Gabriel, and Abigail, the indictments state the children were killed “by means of strangulation and/or other violent means or instruments.”The bodies of the children were found in garbage bags off of a dirt road in Alabama. Jones, Jr. led authorities to the bodies after being arrested in Mississippi. Jones, who appeared to be under the influence at the time of his arrest, was questioned at the checkpoint by a Smith County, Miss. deputy about an odor of chemicals coming from his vehicle. After further investigation, the deputy found what appeared to be chemicals used to make meth and a street drug known as “Spice.” Investigators also said his Cadillac Escalade was blood-soaked and “smelled of death.”Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.

Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete)

Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete)

Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete)Daniel Ken Holtzclaw (born December 10, 1986) is an American former Oklahoma City Police Department patrol officer who was convicted in December 2015 of multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, and other sexual charges.[4]Holtzclaw was convicted of eighteen counts involving eight different women. According to the police investigators, Holtzclaw abused his position as an officer by running background checks to find information that could be used to coerce victims into sex.[1] During the trial, the defense questioned the victims' credibility during cross-examination, bringing up their criminal records.[5] Of the thirteen women who accused Holtzclaw, several had criminal histories such as drug arrests, and all of them were African American.[6] The prosecution argued that victims were deliberately chosen by Holtzclaw for these reasons.[7]Holtzclaw pleaded not guilty to all charges. On December 10, 2015, he was convicted on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison.[8][9][10]Jason Flom (a founding Board Member of the Innocence Project), right-wing commentator Michelle Malkin and others have supported Holtzclaw's claims of innocence. On August 1, 2019, Holtzclaw was denied an appeal by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, which upheld both his convictions and prison sentence. The defense petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States on the basis that merging seventeen cases together "strains credulity". On March 9, 2020, the Supreme Court refused the petition.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.
