This story raises some really important questions to ask yourself & reflect on.

What emotions would you experience if you were told how much longer you had to live?

What would you do with that news?

My client said hearing that news was a gift for him because that's when he started living.

How would you let that news affect / impact you?

How easy is it for you to ask others for help?

What % of time do you give, in relationships?

What % of time do you receive, in relationships?

How well do you give and/or receive in relationships?

What's the relationship between giving, receiving, trust, control & vulnerability?

Some important questions to ask as healthy relationships should have a good balance of both giving & receiving.
