Patricia Bragg, N.D., Ph.D is an author, health consultant, business woman and all around Health Crusader. I was lucky enough to receive a scholarship from the Bragg Health Foundation, which is committed to promoting health and wellness worldwide. At 87 years young, her infectious enthusiasm reminds us all to use the lessons of the past and get excited for the future.

Episode #00 - Introduction to the 30/30 Health Podcast

This episode serves as an introduction to the show!  My objective is to advance Naturopathic medicine using an evidence-based approach, and I focus on finding evolutionary connections between our modern and traditional health care systems. On top of being a full-time student, I am currently a senior research assistant at SCNM and I am also an associate researcher at Arizona State University Biodesign Institute, where I focus on botanical medicine research. I am not a doctor (yet), so I can’t give any medical advise.  But I can ask a ton of questions. In the last three and a half years, I’ve met some incredible people, and I want to share their work with you!
