Teemyco Virtual Office Platform For Remote Teams

The virtual office platform Teemyco was founded in 2019, before the pandemic shifted workplaces online. Co-Founder Oleg Danylenko traces its origins to a conversation about the difficulties of building inclusive culture across distributed teams. Teemyco aims to facilitate spontaneous interactions, visibility of status and context, and relationship-building between remote colleagues.

The platform integrates popular business tools into customized virtual workspaces. Users can indicate their availability through status indicators, join video calls with a click, and see who is talking or in meetings. Personal links allow external partners to request meetings. Recent improvements target mobile experience, customization options, guest access, and creative collaboration features like virtual "kudos hats" for recognition.

Over 90% of survey respondents said Teemyco makes them feel more connected to colleagues. The founders take a user-centric approach to product development, soliciting constant feedback. They predict remote and hybrid work arrangements are here to stay, with structured hybrid models prevailing. With simple per-user monthly or yearly pricing, the platform aims to help companies unite distributed teams and build culture across distance.
