Walking The Dog with Emily Dean19 Dec 2023

Tim Peake

Emily and Raymond head to London’s Regent's Park to take a walk with actual astronaut, Tim Peake! Tim chats about his dog Woody, reflects on his childhood dreams and the journey that led him to spending six months on the International Space Station. And, of course, Emily finds out whether Tim thinks Ray would be a good space dog!

Tim Peake’s latest book Space: The Human Story is out now published by Penguin. For more info visit: https://www.penguin.co.uk/authors/239553/tim-peake

Space: The Human Story marks the first time that the human history of space has been told, illustrated through the stories of the 628 individuals that have left Earth over the past 60 years including Tim himself. With details only an astronaut would know and is based on extensive research alongside hundreds of conversations Peake has had with his fellow astronauts, Space: The Human Story is the definitive story of humans in space, marking Peake’s first foray into writing 20th century history.
