On this week’s episode, we discuss Fostering Youth Literacies through Media Arts, Creative Writing and the Diversity of Literacy!

Larissa Andrusyshyn from the Quebec Writers Federation through their Writers in the Community program talks about her outstanding work helping youth in Quebec navigate life through using creative writing and poetry for expression. Learn more about the impact Larissa is having by reading this zine she collaborated on with her young students - "Welcome to Afterthought"

Michelle from Quebec City Reading Council (QCRC) spoke with us about the Diversity that is Literacy and not only the services which QCRC offer, but how teachers of literacy can better interact with people, not just through technology, but by building face to face trusting relationships.
