Elram Goren is CEO and co-founder of Fabric, a micro-fulfillment company building on-demand fulfillment and customer experience solutions for retailers. He has led the company from its inception in 2015 through its first deployments and now is at the helm of its rapidly scaling operations.Before co-founding Fabric, Elram served as a Major in the Israeli Defence Forces managing R&D teams and multidisciplinary operations in the Intelligence Technology Unit. Dave Harden is the Managing Director of the Georgetown Strategy Group, ​a Washington, D.C. next-generation firm that leverages talent, technology, and capital to help solve some of the world's most complex problems. In May of 2019, President Trump awarded Mr. Harden the Presidential Award for Distinguished Service, the highest award in the Foreign Service, for “sustained extraordinary accomplishment in the conduct of the foreign policy.” He led a bureau focused on global crisis response and political transition with an annual budget of $4.8 billion and a staff of nearly 1,200. He later joined Apester and spearheaded the entire business and media operations. He recently joined Sciplay, a social gaming behemoth, as VP Growth and is looking after their global marketing efforts starting from organic and paid user acquisition to marketing tech, art, and innovation.

After building and managing teams in different places in the IDF Intelligence Corps, I was head of the hardcore R&D section at 8200. I then took a giant risk and built a new SaaS product for Intsights, hoping I’d quickly adapt to the modern tech stack and it turned out to be very successful. I started anecdotes with two friends, Roi and Eitan, and we currently have 30 employees in Tel Aviv. Transforming from R&D Manager to CEO means managing Marketing and Sales, which is another big move. But it seems like it’s working so far because modern R&D and modern M&S departments actually are very similar.

She has been working in CYMOTIVE since its earlier days as Diskin Advanced Technologies, and among her roles in the company, she served as a Penetration Testing team leader. She is currently leading new opportunities with automotive industry clients from Europe and the USA and supporting the incubation of innovative product ideas inside the company. Her passions include understanding how things work and making them work better. She like understanding motives and seeing through the "outer shell" of either people, animals, and businesses.
