Yinnon is the CEO of Sompo’s Digital Lab in Tel Aviv. Sompo is Japan’s largest insurance company which also operates a chain of nursing homes for the elderly. His group is responsible for partnering and investing in startups in areas such as Insurtech, Digital Health, Smart Mobility, and Agritech. Prior to that, Yinnon spent 13 years at General Electric (GE) in various management positions. He established GE's company’s startups partnership program, which included 26 startups. Yinnon holds a BA in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel an MBA from Cornell University.

Zachary Mannheimer is the CEO and founder of Alquist, a 3D printing construction company that uses cutting-edge technology to create houses, buildings, and other structures aimed at dropping the cost of homes and solving the housing crisis. After a road trip from NYC to 22 cities around the country, Zachary chose and settled in Des Moines in 2007 founding the Des Moines Social Club, an art and educational non-profit. In 11 years of operations, DMSC hosted over 10,000 events for over 1,000,000 patrons. In 2020, Zachary co-founded Atlas Community Studios, a team helping rural communities plan for growth in over 20 states, where the main concern is housing. He lives in Iowa City with his wife Sarah, and their three kids Mira, Benjamin, and Fiona.

Among his other endeavors, Ronen founded Malers, a company that has grown to be a leader in the global security solutions market and provides some of the most advanced technological solutions for integrated communication infrastructures, security, and control systems. Prior to that, he held several senior marketing, sales management, and professional services positions in a variety of international high-tech companies. Ronen graduated from Middlesex University in London with a B.sc in IT and Business Information Systems.

We are Belen and Ana, two very enthusiastic 25-year-old friends from childhood with previous experience in banking, consulting and Amazon, who always knew wanted to create a business together. We co-founded Flipeat 6 months ago with the aim of creating a more efficient restaurant reservation process through digitalization, adding a social component that allows creating a personalized network of friends to share culinary experiences and recommendations. We are present in Madrid and soon to open Barcelona and Marbella, but we aim to expand internationally in the upcoming year.
