(00:00-8:24) – In the opening segment of today’s edition of Soccer Saturday, Greg Rakestraw updates you on when the boys in blue will make a return to their season, previews what is to come this week on the show, and what statement the Indy Eleven made in response to the George Floyd incident from last week.

(11:26-25:21) – President and CEO Greg Stremlaw joins the program what the process have been like trying to funnel all the information to everyone in the organization, his thoughts on the ability to spread people out at Lucas Oil Stadium if they have fans in the stands, and what people need to know right now as the Indy Eleven make their return.

(28:23-42:06) – USL’s Vice President of Communications and Public Relations in Ryan Madden tells you whether or not the league is trying to still play a full season’s worth of games, what kind of potential process the league will go through if they have to recreate each team’s schedule, and his confidence in team’s being able to start practicing as a full team versus individual workouts.

(45:07-52:33) – Former Indy Eleven and current forward for USL League One club Forward Madison FC Wojciech Wojcik briefly joins the program to discuss what it was like to play against his former team, how they have set Twitter on fire with their alternative uniforms, and Greg tells you that you can hear the rest of the interview in next weeks show.

(55:34-57:57) – As we close out today’s show, Greg announces the fixtures that the Premier League has announced and updates you on other soccer leagues across the globe that are making their returns.

(0:00 – 3:45) - Soccer Saturday host Greg Rakestraw opens the episode by previewing the upcoming matchup between the Indy 11 and Loudoun United as well as the upcoming Indy 11 W League season opener next Wednesday.     (6:43- 13:14) - Part 2 of Soccer Saturday features highlights Indy 11 highlights and interviews with players as well as head coach Mark Lowry following their loss last Saturday to the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Rakestraw then gives a rundown of the USL Eastern Conference standings and upcoming matchups across the league.     (16:15 – 26:53) - Segment 3 features an interview with Katie Soderstrom who just recently graduated locally from Butler University. She will be returning to the Indy 11 women’s team for her second season this year. Rakestraw and Soderstrom go over her decision to return to the Indy 11 as well as her future in the professional soccer world. Soderstrom is looking overseas in Europe to potentially find an in with one of their professional clubs. She details the amount of talent of USL W League players that will help keep her sharp as she gears up to play professional soccer elsewhere.     (29:54 – 38:00) As the show enters its homestretch, Rakestraw introduces Lindsey Olsen the new Director of Communications for the Indy 11. Olsen, a former college soccer player herself, details her background in the sport. The conversation leads to what Olsen found enticing about her new position with the Indy 11. She says it just seemed like the next challenge to face in her personal career. Then Rakestraw peels the curtain back on what it is like working in the sports world by going over a typical gameday schedule with Olsen.      (41:01 – 57:01) - The final segment has Rakestraw talking about the English Championship League. Monday at 10 a.m. is when relegations, promotions, and playoff teams will be decided. Rakestraw goes down the list of teams and their possible outcomes at the regular season’s end. There is a feature mid-segment following former NFL player JJ Watt and his investment into the Burnley FC Club as they enter the Premiere League.  Will JJ Watt’s investment, paired with the Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney effect, cause a larger wave of celebrities getting involved in football clubs? Rakestraw closes out the show running down the remaining teams that risk relegation from the Premiere League.

Coach Dolinsky also talks about the schedule and group of teams that Indy Eleven will play during its 10 match season.   (36:14-52:30) - Greg Rakestraw gives former Indy Eleven Director of Communications, John Koluder an exit interview as he leaves for a second time. John talks about his reasoning to leave the program as he gets set to get married next week.
