(09:14-23:34) - Interim head coach of the Indy Eleven in Max Rogers joins Greg Rakestraw once again on Soccer Saturday to breakdown the victory over FC Tulsa from Wednesday, how important it was for Gordon Wild to pick up his second goal on the season for himself and the team, and previews his team's next opponent in Atlanta United 2. (26:35-39:29) - Greg Rakestraw is joined by Indy Eleven midfielder Carl Haworth to explain how these last couple months have been for him while he is recovering from injuries, how much longer he anticipates on being out before being able to return to the pitch, and gives his perspective on the mid-season coaching change from Martin Rennie to Max Rogers. (00:00-08:05) – Greg Rakestraw opens the show looking back at the team’s performance before the 10-day break and looking ahead to what is next for the boys in blue. Then, Greg previews what is coming up on the show today. He also looks back on the past few days for the US National Teams. (11:05-23:27) – Indy Eleven Goal Keeper Coach Andy Swift joins the show. Swift ways in how the club has changed through since changes back in June. Then, Swift ways in on how different goal keepers have stepped up with the injury troubles this season. This conversation moves to the challenges of the day to day training situation. Lastly, he speaks on the transition back to their original home, instead of Lucas Oil Stadium. (26:27-40:04) - Indy Eleven Goal Keeper Jordan Farr calls in to the show to discuss his rehab progression and the current season. Farr weighs in on the benefit of the break for the Indy Eleven, and how the team has used the time off. He explains his injury situation and the events of the days following the injury. Farr explains his relationship with former coach Martin Rennie. (43:04-55:48) – Jeff Rueter, of the Athletic, joins Greg for the final segment, to break down all things soccer. Rueter explains the current standing on the USL season. Greg asks Jeff about the possibility of moving to the international schedule, and the idea of playing matches in the winter. Jeff weighs in on the ideas, as well as, possible teams switching divisions.

00:00-06:40- On Soccer Saturday today, host Greg Rakestraw opened the show with an update on the US Women's National Team's matchup against New Zealand at the time the show began, a brief recap of their three-nil loss on Wednesday morning, and a preview of Indy Eleven's matchup against Birmingham Saturday Night. 9:42-22:01- Interim head coach Max Rodgers joined Greg Rakestraw to breakdown the last matchup with Birmingham which ended in a draw, Cammy Smith and the team agreeing to terminate his contract, and gave an update on Carl Haworth coming back from an injury. 25:02-33:58- In the third part of Soccer Saturday, Greg Rakestraw gave a rundown on the current USL standings, talked about how the starting group for the Indy Eleven could feature Indiana natives, and Rece Buckmaster talked to Greg about playing with his former IU teammate Aaron Dick. 37:00-47:25- Gary Yohe came on the show to talk with Greg Rakestraw about his decision to leave Marion University's women's soccer team to become an assistant coach for Ball State, told how difficult it was to tell his players and athletic director, and why he chose Ball State. 50:28-56:50- Greg Rakestraw recaps the show to finish out todays edition of Soccer Saturday, recapped the USWNT 6-1 victory over New Zealand and previewed their match up against Australia.

He starts by previewing the upcoming hour featuring Indy interim head coach Max Rogers, Butler head coach Paul Snape and Chris Doran. (6:03-17:10) Interim head coach Max Rogers joins the show to preview Saturday’s match against Memphis 901 FC and talk about some of the recent struggles of the Eleven and how to fight through those bumps in the road. (20:12-34:12) - Butler head coach Paul Snape joins Soccer Saturday to talk about a pair of former Bulldogs, Eric Dick and Jared Timmer, who are now on the Indy Eleven roster. Snape talks about England’s loss in the Euro 2020 final and seeing special players like Dick and Timmer come through his program and then come back to Indianapolis for professional soccer. Snape speaks on how Timmer was a leader from day one at Butler and why he was a captain for three of his five years at Butler. Then, Snape speaks on Eric Dick’s journey through professional soccer since leaving the Bulldogs and his talent as well as what it means for his program to see his players succeed at the next level. Finally, after a weird last year, Snape talks about being back on the road recruiting and preparing for a proper season this fall. (23:38-37:14) - Author Roger Bennett of Reborn in the USA: An Englishman's Love Letter to His Chosen Home joins Greg Rakestraw on Soccer Saturday to explain the feedback that he has received since his book was published on June 29th of this year, jokes about how he had to write a book about England to end their curse for the UEFA European Championship, and tells some backstories from England and his time in the USA. (40:16-47:50) - Following his conversation with Roger Bennett, Greg takes a look at the Men's National Team schedule and the Women's National Team schedule.
