Ep. 538: Balancing Normal Life as a Career Adventurer - Alastair Humphreys

Ep. 538: Balancing Normal Life as a Career Adventurer - Alastair Humphreys

Alastair Humphreys is an adventurer, author, and motivational speaker. His first big adventure was completing a four-year bicycle journey around the world that consisted of 46,000 miles cycling and changed his life forever. After the trip, he popularized the idea of microadventures - short, local, accessible adventures for the average person. This idea helped him achieve becoming a National Geographic Adventurer of the Year in 2012.

Alastair is a huge inspiration of mine and I hope you enjoy our conversation about life, parenting, and the delicate balance between normal life and pursuing adventure.
