Norman Powell did all he could and Russell Westbrook shined in the second half, but the game was never quite there. Kawhi and Russ Hang Tight But Slip Late, Split in PHX 1-1
Lucas, Shap, and Jamal (@JamCristopher) chat after a valiant effort from the Clippers comes up short 123-109. Kawhi Leonard and Russell Westbrook both played well but had little support offensively while Devin Booker had himself a night with 38 points. Still, there were generally encouraging signs coming out of Phoenix, as the Clips take homecourt to LA with a chance to do some real damage, even without the recovering Paul George.
