Can you be 100% present at work when you’re a parent?

Ellen Pompeo (aka Meredith from Grey’s Anatomy) was on Call Her Daddy recently and said it’s impossible to be 100% present at work if you’re a mother because there will always be a part of you that’s thinking about your kid(s). Steph recommended the episode last week and Laura listened so we could unpack it together.
