How Josh van Cuylenburg learned to back himself

Josh van Cuylenburg is one third of the podcast The Imperfects alongside his brother Hugh and their friend Ryan. We’ve had Hugh and Ryan on the podcast before and we were very honoured to finally have Josh on too.

In this episode we speak about self-confidence, how Josh went from being a producer to co-host on the podcast, and how he built the confidence to back himself, why he went off Instagram last year, and his relationship to exercise and body image.
