Born in East Jerusalem, Dr. Rami Aqeilan is a Full Professor of Immunology and Cancer Research at the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem. He began his academic career at the University of Jordan where he received a B.Sc. in biology, followed by an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School. Previously she was a legal advisor in a group of start-up companies.
