Neil was a former VP and CFO of Ford Mobility and VP and Treasurer for Ford Motor Company. He joined Ford in 1982.  In 1991, he joined the Treasurer's Office and held numerous positions in corporate treasury culminating in becoming VP Treasurer in 2007.  In July 2016 he took on the role of CFO for Ford Mobility, a newly created subsidiary.  Neil retired from Ford after 36 years at year-end 2018.  Since retiring, Neil has taken on the roles of independent director at Karamba Security, has joined the advisory board of OurCrowd, and has joined the board of BNP Paribas USA, Inc.  Neil is also on the non-profit board of Kids Kicking Cancer, whose mission is to ease the pain of very sick children while empowering them to heal physically, spiritually and emotionally.
