This week on the pod the boys get to know co host Jupiter Williams (@jupiterwilliams) just a little bit better. We skipped a matchup this week to dive into Travis’ history as a promoter, dj, corporate employee, and even merch vendor for Riff Raff. We also dive deeper into the importance of being able to play it all when the right situation arrives, the importance of having an EPK (and occasional business cards), and the importance of diving deeper into exploring that obsession with music in order to become well versed. This week on the pod the boys FINALLY sit down with jack of all trades, the mayor of Chicago, or maybe Cleveland, or both really: Dante The Don (@primadante). We kick it off in high gear with a close battle between Fleetwood Mac vs Tom Petty before quickly rumbling down the lightning round. Following that we get some background on Dante’s progression throughout his DJ career, the time he had to pull Macy Gray (which leads to a story of PHNM pulling a hilarious Aaron Carter). Once we finally stopped laughing Dante shared his story of working behind the scenes and opening multiple successful venues in Cleveland, the amount of nonsense airhead flavors, and pitching pizza locations for Barstool Sports and Dave Portnoy. Buckle up buttercup. This episode is one of the best. Hats off to you Dante.

This week on the pod the boys sit down with Mikul Wing of @autografmusic for a quick catch up in sunny Los Angeles. The battle begins with a quick head to head of Diddy vs Jermaine Dupri and quickly takes us down the rabbit hole of the unpredictable lightning round. Mikul recounts the bloghouse days when Justice performed at his house, the era of his dubstep project Midnight Conspiracy and the importance of embracing the rebranding when youre ready to launch a new project. In the second half of the episode the boys dive into the topics of nightclub dress codes, finding and knowing your sound as a dj, and PHNM’s adventures in jury duty.
