You can be both perfect and also have lots to work on.

You can be both perfect and also have lots to work on.

In this episode Issy speaks about how it's important to understand with change that we tend to swing all the way from one side to the other, but we need to learn to find the sweet mid point. A lot of the time we swing from one side to another to escape actually taking responsibility for the real problem. We blame one thing, then swing, then use the other thing as an excuse to half ass out actions.

If you struggle to build a strong, healthy relationship with your life, your body, food, training, this episode is for you.
