Neuroscience of Proactive Accountability

Neuroscience of Proactive Accountability

Upended work conditions, increased pressure on organizations to perform and the exponential pace of change has put the spotlight on the need for accountability. Join Dr Emma Sarro and Dr David Rock as they explore the behaviors and expand on the neural underpinnings that embody a culture of proactive accountability, empowering individuals and teams to be accountable, fostering an effective and innovative environment.
