Everything you need to know about Pilates at Sattvic Studio

The title of this episode says it all.

I understand that new things are daunting and anxiety can creep in when we don’t know what’s happening and throw into actually moving your body too - that’s where it can all become too much and it’s easier to just not do anything.

In this episode I tell you *EVERYTHING* and I mean everything that you need to know before, during and after a Pilates class with me.

Thursday 10:30am – Pilates and Lattes
