If I was going on holiday to an all inclusive resort - here's what I would do to feel confident around the pool

One goal that I've coached women to during my time that has come up again and again is - feeling confident around a pool on holiday.

So with that in mind and my own holiday coming up I'm here to tell you how to do that and it's not what you think I'm going to say.

I want you to think about these things below, journal them, talk about them and implement them.

Because they are going to make your holiday immensely more enjoyable.

- Add in protein, fruit and veg to your diet. Do not restrict - we want a inclusive approach to nutrition.

- Buy clothes that actually fit.

- What is the purpose of the holiday? (What do you want out of it and how do you want to act?)

- What food are you looking forward to and what foods aren't you fussed about?

- How do you want to feel at the end of the holiday?

Additional tips -

- Take the emphasis away from what your body looks like to what she does for you.

- Stop the comparison.

- Reduce the negative self talk.

If anyone wants to chat more about all these things please drop me a message on social media and I love the mindset shifts that come from doing work like this.

Thanks for listening.
