Meditation Monday: Higher Self

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

As you may have heard on this week's Cosmic Weather Report, the astrological energies this week are of rebirth and deciding who you tare. So, I wanted to bring you a practice that is part meditation and part journaling. We'll begin by seeing your higher self and who you truly are, then you'll be invited to journal on what comes through and creating some affirmations to remind you throughout the week and beyond. ❤️

Crystal for this practice: Labradorite to connect with your higher self and step into who you are becoming.
