Meditation Monday: The Power of Gratitude

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This week brings us the autumn equinox, the time to gather your inner harvest and all you have to be grateful for. We now officially enter autumn, and one of the most powerful things that you can do this season is to have a gratitude practice. So that's what we'll do in our meditation today. Alongside this meditation, you might also want to keep a gratitude journal, making a note each day of just a couple of things that you have to be grateful for. ❤️

Crystal for this practice: Smoky Quartz to help you ground into the present moment and appreciate all that you have to be grateful for.
