Why Add Inner Child Work

Why Add Inner Child Work

Inner Child Work has been really powerful for me.

It has been yet another tool in learning what I am functioning from in my every day life that I might not be aware of.

It is also another tool to help me dissolve and release painful trauma narratives.

This episode gives a brief explanation of what Inner Child Work is and how it's been helpful for me as I heal from trauma.

There are many benefits I find to adding Inner Child Work to the healing journey. I expound on 3 of those for trauma healing in this episode. They are:

1- Emotional Healing, Integration & Embodiment

2- Understanding and Transforming Patterns, so we can dissolve the scripts

3- Reconnection w/Inner Resources

I can give basic info and offer tools I have learned through the inner child work I have done over the years. If you want to go deeper with this work than what I offer. I invite you to seek out an inner child therapyst.

If you want to practice some basic concepts, I invite you to reach out and lets have a chat.
