Education Instead of Medication with Misha Sakharoff, Ep 189

Education Instead of Medication with Misha Sakharoff, Ep 189

EP 189 🎙️ Education Instead of Medication with Misha Sakharoff

What if the biggest thing holding your health back… isn’t your program, your diet, or your discipline — but how you think about health in the first place? 👀

In this episode, we sit down with Misha Sakharoff, an engineer-turned-health thinker who rebuilt his own health after chronic stress forced a complete reset. Instead of chasing hacks, he applied a systems-based approach — treating the body like an interconnected system, not a collection of quick fixes.

🔥 Key takeaways from this conversation:

🧠 Education beats medication when it comes to sustainable, long-term health

💪 Fitness ≠ health — and confusing the two keeps people stuck in the wrong goals

🕰️ Longevity is a process, built through consistent effort over time

😊 Finding real joy in movement is essential for staying healthy as we age

From unpacking health paradoxes, to redefining fitness, to why inspiration outperforms motivation every time — this episode challenges the way most people think about training, aging, and personal responsibility.
