Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your chest and belly expand like a gentle wave rising, then slowly release through your mouth. Let that first breath be a signal to your body that this moment is just for you. Imagine your breath as a river - sometimes rushing, sometimes calm, but always moving. Right now, we're going to practice what I call the "Ocean Breath" technique. Start by breathing naturally, noticing the rhythm without trying to change anything.
