A Teaspoon of Wisdom

Welcome to our healing space! We are James and Sylvia Boblak. Both of us are Doctors of Pharmacy, co-owners of A Teaspoon of Wisdom and the happy parents of our son, Huckleberry Boblak. To supplement her Western training, Sylvia completed Ayurvedic studies at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in order to gain a better perspective on what true preventative care requires: mindful food choices and positive daily habits.

After spending a collective of 25 years in the community pharmacy setting, we are confident in what heals and rejuvenates the human body and what does not. We believe that nature has provided us with everything we need to restore our health and well-being. Our approach focuses on food, lifestyle, mindfulness, and natural remedies, helping you find balance and vitality without relying on pharmaceutical interventions. Join us on this journey towards a more holistic lifestyle. Education is key in starting your healing journey and we are here to share all of our wisdom with you!

We created A Teaspoon of Wisdom as our educational sector of Health Made In America, the company you may recognize from our probiotic. Aside from private wellness consultations, our first educational cause is dedicated to helping our babies enter this world in a safe and peaceful fashion through fertility and pregnancy education for our families. Going further, we will be offering courses on various health topics that we find to be the most crucial for our society's health and wellness.
