321. Being an Effective Leader in the World

Are you willing to be someone who is a leader in the world, or are you someone who looks at the reasons why you cannot do something?

You're not trying to prove anything, you're not getting it right or wrong; you're willing to listen to the whispers.

Are you choosing for you or are you choosing for others?
Just choose.

A true leader doesn't have to be the last person to leave a room.
A true leader doesn't have to be the one who is at every meeting.
A true leader knows when their energy is required and is willing to be in question and will choose based on that, never having to prove their worth.
If you start with you, then you can be a leader with others.
