Meditation Monday: Power of the Pause

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This Sunday brings us Virgo season, a season that invites us into simple daily rituals that make a big difference to our well-being. One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is the power of the pause - a moment to stop, breathe, reset and realign. And so, this week’s meditation asks you to commit to a short, simple practice that you can come back to throughout the week and throughout Virgo season. The more you allow yourself this time for you, with you, the more you may notice insights and inspiration coming in, or simply an inner quiet and deeper connection to yourself. No matter what, you will thank yourself for this time.❤️
