069 The Space Between Who You Were And Who You’re Becoming with Natasha Ramlall

069 The Space Between Who You Were And Who You’re Becoming with Natasha Ramlall

If you are constantly moving at full speed, overcommitting to everyone else, and feeling guilty the second you try to sit still, you are running on survival mode.

Embodied integration coach Natasha Ramlall joins me to break down why clutter isn’t just about the physical piles on your kitchen counter. We look at the hidden mental noise, packed calendars, and generational habits that keep your nervous system stuck on high alert.

We talk about how to get out of your head when your brain feels completely overwhelmed, why rest is not something you have to earn, and how to set real boundaries so you can stop just surviving your life and actually start enjoying it.

Inside This Episode

  • The Kitchen Counter Myth: Why losing your temper over messy counters is usually a sign that your mental space is overflowing.

  • The Trap of Constant Productivity: How our culture tricks women into believing they have to work into total exhaustion just to feel valuable.

  • Getting Out of "Spaghetti Brain": Simple physical ways to shift out of a racing, overthinking mind and back into present sensory awareness.

  • Sovereign Digital Boundaries: Why hitting the snooze or block button on social media is an essential act of energy decluttering.

  • Breaking Generational Cycles: How to drop the survival patterns passed down from past generations so you can live on your own terms.

The 4 Pillar Tiny Shifts

MIND: Move the Phone. Sleep with your phone in a different room. Give yourself time to wake up and be present in your actual life before you let the digital world hijack your focus.

BODY: Reclaim the Deep Breath. Take deliberate, deep belly breaths throughout your day. Tuning into your breathing signals safety to your nervous system and instantly resets your stress levels.

SOUL: Use Sound to Soothe. Play a favorite song or hum to yourself while doing daily tasks. Humming physically stimulates your vagus nerve, calming your body and lifting your mood.

HOME: Circulate Fresh Air. Open your windows for at least five minutes every single day. Letting fresh air move through your rooms clears out stale energy and refreshes your entire environment.
