Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 settle in for a little catch up with me this week! after a weekend of silliness, joy, parties, and so much sugar galore... i'm treating myself to a needed reset day and it has been deeeelightful!

prioritising the little mundane things that make me feel good, without rushing into the next big task and this new month...

i love the fresh feeling september brings, like a mini new year, allowing us to gently recalibrate, recentre and re-root - our new theme for the month!

of course we had our Silly Girl Summer Party this weekend, and the big question is... should the silliness continue into autumn...? of course we'll need a slight rebrand but, i'm game if you are huns!
