About Our Guest:

I’m a trauma-informed somatic and Reiki practitioner, and I support women in coming home to their bodies after trauma.

My work is deeply rooted in lived experience.

I’ve walked through multiple abusive relationships, including narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. Not once…. but several times. I know what it’s like to lose yourself in those cycles… to question your reality, to feel unsafe in your own body, and to carry the weight of it all long after it ends.

I’ve also navigated years of addiction, and mental health struggles.

And what I found on the other side wasn’t just “healing”… it was learning how to feel safe in my body again.

That’s the work I hold space for now.

Through somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and energy work, I support women in gently reconnecting with themselves, rebuilding trust within, and remembering who they are beneath everything they’ve been through.

You’re not too far gone. You’re not broken.
