The Pool Hall’s Other Regulars | Real Ghost Stories

The pool hall was new. There was no crumbling mansion, no century of history to explain why employees kept encountering things that shouldn’t have been there. Blinds moving on their own. Objects shifting without anyone touching them. Voices lingering after the customers had gone. Different people, working different nights, kept describing the same unsettling experiences.

Most of them could leave when their shifts ended.

For a short time, one employee lived there. After closing, he would lock himself in the office rather than spend another minute in the main room, where he always felt watched. Outside that door, the building never seemed entirely quiet. Then, one night, something happened that made the locked office feel very different.
