Dirty Little Secret: I Smell Everything!

What if your sense of smell was so strong that you could recognize someone without even seeing them? Today’s Dirty Little Secret takes an hilariously unexpected turn when a listener confesses that she has an almost uncontrollable habit of smelling practically everything she comes across.

She says it’s almost a reflex. She smells objects she picks up, loves the scent of old books and bookstores, and can even recognize people by their natural scent. She once knew her sister had secretly come home from college to surprise her because the moment she walked into the house, she could smell that her sister was there!

But it gets even stranger. She admits she smells silverware before using it, especially at someone else’s house, just to make sure it’s actually clean. And her fascination with scents has even influenced her travel bucket list. She wants to visit Athens, Greece, so she can experience all the different spices, flowers, ocean air, and smells of a new place.

Tune in to Billy The Kidd In The Morning to hear the entire hilarious confession, and ask yourself: What’s the weirdest thing YOU secretly love to smell?
