From Resistance to Recognition: My Journey with Kundalini Yoga

In 2004 I lost my youngest brother, moved from Venezuela to Spain and married Daniela. Grief came with me through all of it, and I spent a long time trying to outrun it. Then Daniela invited me to an early morning Kundalini Yoga sadhana. I complained about the hour, judged the white clothes, and almost walked out. I stayed, and during the chanting I started to cry. This episode is about that morning, about recognising that something matters before you understand it, and about not having to carry things alone.
