Educational Pearls:

Experts suggest that anyone who is put on a ventilation should be given sedation.

When acquiring Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) medications and kits, one should also plan their sedation strategy and always consider the patient becoming unstable hypotensive after their intubation.
