We Need Some Profanity in Our Life Too

Jeff Marek and Elliotte Friedman open this edition of 32 Thoughts by delving into Game 4 between the Vancouver Canucks and Edmonton Oilers. Afterwards, the fellas unpack the Bruins win over the Panthers in Game 5 bringing them one win closer to tying that series and forcing Game 7 (11:25). They talk about how the game has changed for video coaches in these playoffs (16:24). This makes way for a section about the coaching carousel in the NHL. They wrap the first segment by talk about Gardiner MacDougall who retired from the UNB Reds (35:53) and pay tribute to Bill Friday. In the back half of the show they talk about Valeri Nichushkin, who entered stage three of the NHLPA Assistance Program (39:30) and set up Wednesday's action between the Stars and Avs.
