Let's start from the beginning of my journey with diabetes. Feeling alone, isolated, and clueless about this condition, I'll share how I found my way and finally understood what diabetes meant for my life.

Living with a chronic disease like diabetes can be scary, especially when facing complications like diabetes retinopathy. I'll share my personal experiences and how I coped with the fear that sometimes-crept in.

I'll discuss the importance of building trust in yourself, your healthcare team, and accepting the reality of living with type one diabetes when you incorporate the ABC's that I share in this episode.
