Being on Crack on Beatties Ford road
I don’t know what it’s like to be on drugs or addicted to crack or be a regular marijuana smoker. I never popped pills or any of that but I do have empathy for my people when I see them in that condition. The other day talked with a brother that I see frequently on Beatties Ford Road and LaSalle, and we had a conversation about his crack addiction and how he was struggling with it.

Got a chance to talk to a candid group of black people about how they contracted a sexually transmitted disease growing up as young people… They were very honest and transparent and want the young people to know that this is no joke… Their stories were told in a humorous way but we know that sexually transmitted diseases are no joke
