104 Executive Function in Burnout with Anne Sabagh, Executive Function Coach

104 Executive Function in Burnout with Anne Sabagh, Executive Function Coach

Most Autistic ADHD adults looking to identify if they are in ND Burnout face one major hidden obstacle that keeps the clarity of identifying how spicy their burnout may be just out of reach.

What is that obstacle?

Well, before I tell you let me ask you a question. How do you identify when you are experiencing your normal level of executive dysfunction versus when you are experiencing executive dysfunction as a result of ND Burnout?

Most ND people believe that they have a high degree of Executive Function challenges.

A: Autistic/ADHD/ND Brain

B: High Executive Dysfunction Levels

Therefore,

A=B

Let me ask you a question. How many ND people do you know who are NOT in some level of ND Burnout?

Join Executive Function Coach, Anne Sabagh and Burnout Restoration Strategist, Carole Jean Whittington in episode 104 for a discussion sharing some key elements to executive function and how it shows up and can be different in burnout versus your thrive time.

I look forward to hearing what you’ve learned each week. Share in the comments or on Instagram.
