TJ's Story is one of the son to an extended Irish family that always had alcohol around. He turned to drinking at 13 years old to cope with social anxiety and the feeling that he was never truly enough. After several failed attempts at recovery to please other people, he finally found sobriety for himself through Alcoholics Anonymous. Today TJ has nearly 2 years of continuous sobriety and Is a home group member of the online AA group 4th Dimesnsioners. He began drinking socially in high school, but after college, he realized his drinking was not like that of his friends. The son of an alcoholic father, and descendant of prohibition Era bar owners, Kyle was determined to overcome his alcoholism. He found sobriety through podcasts and an online AA meeting.
