The Case of Julian Myles Wood

This week, Drewby and Yergy head to Northeastern Ohio to discuss the senseless murder of Julian Myles Wood, and how authorities could have prevented it. Julian's killer, Bionca Ellis, had several warrants out for her arrest - yet no one wanted to keep her locked up... not when she asked, nor when she confessed to an alleged murder in California... not even when she flat out told the authorities that she wanted to commit cannibalism.
