· Can you talk about IC?

· What are other options for testosterone? This is the first time I’m hearing that pellets are harmful. I’ve done two rounds of HRT and getting ready for my third. Although to be honest not completely happy with the testosterone pellet as it is elevated at the beginning and begins to drop off after a couple weeks.

· What are your thoughts on getting an ablation to stop my period? I’m 50 and went back on the pill to regulate my period, but it’s suppressing everything else!

· Can you discuss whether surgery before or after menopause is advisable for prolapse?

· We aren’t talking enough about female hormones and their impact on mood. PMS, PMDD etc. It's a roller coaster every month and I have no doubt it has some serious implications for some.

· I am wondering about peri menopause- I am 44 and still on birth control pills- I have been listening a lot about your suggestions to take a low dose estrogen to keep everything in good aging health during menopause, is it ok to do this while still on the pill?
