Yep! It's the Sober Awkward guide to taking your first steps into an alcohol free life. An episode aimed at those of you that want to change but have no idea where to start. This podcast is rammed full of tips and tricks that you can implement right now! (well, as soon as you get out of bed, brush your teeth and have a cold shower!)

These two have been therein bed just like you, hungover, wondering why they can't stick to the plan to never, ever drink again. But yet somehow they are both sober...

As you may know, Vic even woke up with one finger less on New Years day 23 years ago.... and Hamish is no stranger to a 3 day bender after a disappointing New Years Eve party and starting Dry January with nothing show but a headache and a shoe missing. So, today they tell you what they did, gather their sobriety toolkit, spanners and all, and help you tighten every bolt, repair every loose join, to make sure today is the day you start a successful and comfortable journey into sober life.
