Getting to Know the Person You Were Before Booze

Sobriety can be hard at first. You feel like a weirdo, the odd one out, a party pooper. But, the good news is - the longer you do it, the easier it becomes. Part of the process is getting to know who you are without booze pumping around your precious body.

You have to meet yourself for the first time with no escape! Confront the mistakes you may have made and decide which parts of you you like and which parts can be flushed away with that last shot of Tequila.

Both Vic and Hamish have changed since they gave up drinking. Even though they both cringe at the thought of 'Self Love' these two know that getting to know the you after alcohol is one of the necessary and most rewarding parts of sober life.

So, strap yourselves in as you get to know about Vic's low opinion of herself as a drinker, how Hame manages to look in the mirror and say 'You're a ten out of ten' and finally how embracing who you are is the scaffolding to a solid, long term sober life.
