Lisa’s life used to revolve around her to-do list. As a busy mum with massive body image issues and no time for herself, sex started to feel like another chore to complete. She learned to put on an act to make her partner feel good and get it over as fast as possible. Eventually Lisa was forced to admit that she was losing ‘herself’ and decided to turn inward to remove the barriers she had erected over the years… she dedicated years to reading, learning, self-study and personal experimentation to re-stoke that fire in her belly and now she guides women to do the same.
