#048 How Your Space Impacts Your Success with Carolyn Boldt

Your brick and mortar space is an extension of you and it represents the expertise your ideal patients are looking for. If you wonder why patients aren't rebooking or referring even though they tell you it was an excellent massage- what's going on? In this episode you will discover that your physical location has even more of an impact on how your patient feels over the great work you do as a massage therapist! You will learn from Carolyn Boldt, an interior designer and VP of Crossfields Chiropractic Design who specializes in holistic spaces to elevate the public perception of healthcare practitioners including chiropractors and massage therapists. Whether you own multiple clinics, you work as an independent contractor, or you rent a small room in an office building there are helpful takeaways in this episode for you. As a practitioner it is equally important to feel good in your work space to provide quality care. Carolyn gives us advice on how often we should freshen up our space, quick tips to elevate your surroundings, the importance of curb appeal, why your office is your biggest marketing expense, and more. Carolyn is also providing listeners with a Free Mega Bundle to help you evaluate your current office image. I hope you enjoy this episode with Carolyn!

ABOUT CAROLYN BOLDT

Thirty years ago, Carolyn was faced with a hard decision: doctors wanted to remove her
daughter's tonsils, but she was hesitant to have her two-year-old daughter undergo surgery at such a young age. Today, thanks to chiropractic care, Carolyn’s daughter still has her tonsils. The impact of that care on her daughter’s life would make Carolyn a lifelong advocate of holistic healthcare. In 2004, Carolyn and her husband co-founded CrossFields as a design-build firm in Atlanta, and in 2011 they changed their focus to improving the public’s perception of alternative medicine, and highlighting the power of holistic healthcare. CrossFields has helped hundreds of
practitioners across the country expand their practices and reach higher levels of success by maximizing space, attracting and retaining patients, and saving money.
