Mendel Gniwisch is CEO of Stor.ai, a leading provider of end-to-end digitization solutions for grocers. He moved to Israel in 2018 because of his passion for Israeli innovation, with the intention of helping Israeli startups go global – a passion which has directly contributed to his success at stor.ai. Prior to being appointed CEO, he was the company’s EVP Business Development, spearheading stor.ai’s 300% year-on-year growth in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, he was VP Business Development and VP Retail Development at Impax Media, a digital communications company for grocers, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic positioning in the grocery and advertising industries and working with retailers and engineers to tailor products to the company’s network. Throughout Mr. Gniwisch’s career he has been at the forefront of building new organizations from the ground up, as both a strategic developer and a marketer, challenging the status quo to make a positive impact on people’s lives. He is also actively engaged in pro bono work to help other Israeli companies expand outside the country.

Dr. Ziv Yekutieli is the CEO of Mon4t, a start that provides standard neurological assessment in the clinic and home. Dr. Yekutieli holds a Bachler's and Master's degree in electrical engineering, and a PhD in Brain Science.  Dr. Yekutieli has been connecting between neurology and technology for over 20 years, and has been working in the Israel high-tech industry, primarily in Intel's Design Center in Haifa, Israel.

Previously, Jeff was Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aspect Security, a successful and innovative application security consulting company acquired by Ernst & Young. Guy Goldman is the CEO and Founder of Olive Diagnostics, 100% passive continuous urinalysis sensor that mounts to any toilet, and can be used to early detect thousands of diseases. Prior to establishing Olive, Guy was the CEO of a number of technology and Data Science companies. Most recently Guy was managing a large transportation service provider company in London. Of the data science companies, Guy pioneered the advancement of churn modeling for telecom companies, and software licensing optimizations. Both companies were bought out, one by a publicly traded company on NASDAQ. Guy holds a B.S in computer science from the university of San Francisco.
