Prior to this role, Keren established two startups within the company ("startups within a startup") and grew them from nearly a concept into fully profitable business units. Keren began her career in R&D and spent several years as a Product Manager and Technical Project Manager, liaising between technology departments and leading release lifecycles from kickoff to deployment. Keren holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Noam's first UX role was in the military industries, where he was the UX lead for several of Israel's missile-defense systems. He attended a liberal arts college in Israel, studying Psychology and Media, before moving to the US to get his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Since then, Noam has worked at Airbnb, Intercom, and these days Wealthfront in UX research roles. He's currently the Director of User Research at Wealthfront, a Fintech company.
